Secured packaging & International Tracking Code

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Correos Express with tracking and drop-off WITH signature. We also offer a standard delivery by Normal Post (which does not require you to provide us your Identification number). Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected with bubbled paper.

All our products are genuine which comes in it's original packaging, instructions and 2 years of International warranty.

Refund Policy

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom jewelry, engraved items, or any other special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. In any case, the choice of the means of payment is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.

We support the following payment systems:

Payment through PayPal.

Payment by credit or debit card. Through the secure SSL connection, it connects with Redsys, so that bank details are transmitted directly and securely, so that our website does not have access to them or store them.

The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorizing payment online. Our website has a debit or credit card payment system with Redsys so, once you have selected the product to buy and entered your card number, a Redsys window opens that communicates with your Bank or issuer of payment cards that ask for your identification.

Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. Once the identification is completed, Redsys communicates to our websitethat the purchase is being made by the cardholder, so that he or she can complete the process. If the identification has not been satisfactory, Redsys communicates it to our website so that it can proceed accordingly.

Payment through Paypal. Paypal is the global leader in online payments and basically it is a secure payment system in which the user opens an account in the system that, later, allows them to make payments in many online stores around the world, using their Credit or debit card. Paypal will be the only one that will have the Client's bank details, being an intermediary between the Client and our website.

This form of payment is immediate, at the moment in which the Client makes the payment, our website receives it and proceeds to process their order (after verification that the data is correct) and it is not compatible with promos.

Once the order has been processed, an identification number is provided to you to be able to track it.

And, if I have not made the purchase, what can I do?

If you detect that an improper or fraudulent charge has been made on the card used for purchases, you should immediately contact us and your bank; with us by email or by phone, in the shortest possible time so that we can carry out the appropriate procedures. In addition, your Bank and / or the companies issuing means of payment may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of operations.
